Job Description

This position is responsible for setting up the effective strategies to expand the Company’s customer base in which to generate new prospects and qualified sales leads and convert them into becoming paying customers. As front line representatives of the Company, the personnel must often create their best first impression in order to make a lasting impact on potential customers. The personnel must be working together as a team in maintaining customer satisfaction to increase Company’s growth and annual revenue through sales maximization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to draw in potential leads and new customers such as through initiate contacts via inquiries generated from the marketing aspects

  • Provide and practice excellent sales and high class customer service with focus on inbound prospects such as contacting leads, qualifying them as prospects as well as educating the prospects about Company’s products and services.

  • Present products and services information to customers as per customers’ needs, interests and viability to drive sales

  • Connect the solid leads through the marketing funnel such as arranging in-person meetings, emails, texting or phone calls according to Company’s SOP to ensure the Company’s daily, weekly and monthly sales target are met

  • Perform series of regular follow up tasks to potential leads and customers and maintain good customer relationships with existing customers

  • Up keep the customer relationship management database at all times and compile sales performance reports on time

  • Analyze the revenue reports, customers’ surveys and financial data to prepare budgets, pricing forecasts and sales goals for the coming year or quarter

  • Coordinate with the Operation/Customer Support team to resolve any client issues that arise such as complaints, objections and queries

  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any principles
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • A resilience and determine person
  • An active listener with outgoing pleasant personality, mature, and good social etiquette
  • Must be responsible, result-oriented, good time management and analytical skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels (email, social media, phone, etc.). as well as strong decision-making capabilities
  • Must have strong customer service skill, a great team player and attention to details
  • Possess a positive working attitude with passion to learn
  • Able to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking capability
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
