This position is responsible for assisting in the planning, creation, execution, and optimization of the Company’s online and digital marketing efforts in which to generate new prospects and qualified sales leads and convert them into becoming paying customers. As front-line representatives of the Company, the person must often create the best first impression of the Company’s branding in order to make a lasting impact on potential customers. The personnel must be working together as a team in maintaining customer satisfaction to increase Company’s growth and annual revenue through sales maximization.

The position is suitable for students or part-time job seekers, which may up to 4 hours a day or total less than 10 hours per week, depending on his/her availability. The tasks is mostly using computer and software systems, however he/she is expected to be physically available at the Company premise to carry out the given tasks.
- Assist with the social media planning and market analysis for the Company’s digital marketing efforts and strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers and to generate the right qualified sales leads for the Company’s products and services
- Assist in illustrating ideas, visuals and creating a wide range of graphics materials and videography editing for the Company’s branding, promotional materials and social media content
- Enhance and maintain a consistent brand image of the Company in all its social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Youtube, Telegram, etc.)
- Prepare creative ideas for content marketing which includes social media postings on the Company websites, social events, and advertising campaigns
- Compile and prepare monthly performance reports of all Company’s social media marketing campaigns
- Open to anyone with at least a Diploma/Bachelor in the following areas of study: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications/Multimedia, Computer Science/Information Technology, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Business eCommerce, Logistics & Transportation, or related field
- No prior working experience required – as long as the candidate has the willingness to learn and adapt quickly, however prior working experience in a related industry will be an advantage to adapt to the given tasks
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Required skill(s): Social media marketing, marketing automation, computer and applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Email, Social Media applications, and analytics
- Preferred skill(s): Graphic & digital design, photo & video editing skills, copywriting skills, branding skills. Familiar with AI tools, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Lightroom will be an added advantage.
